5. International Shipping & Customs

7. Address Changes & Incorrect Addresses

Incorrect Addresses: If an order is shipped to the wrong address due to a mistake at checkout, we are not liable for replacement or refund.
Address Change Requests: If you need to modify your address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
8. Split Shipments
For orders containing multiple items, your order may be shipped in separate packages. This is to ensure faster delivery of available items while others are still being prepared. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
9. Returns Due to Shipping Issues
If your order is returned to us due to incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect, you may be required to pay an additional shipping fee to have it re-shipped.
