Welcome to GiftsyCreative. This website is operated by GiftsyCreative. Throughout this site, "we," "us," and "our" refer to GiftsyCreative. By using this website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Online Store Terms
By using our store, you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have consent to allow a minor dependent to use the site. You must not use our products for illegal or unauthorized purposes or in violation of applicable law, including copyright law. Breach of these Terms may result in termination of your access.

We may refuse service to anyone at any time. Credit card information is always encrypted in transit; other content may be transmitted unencrypted across networks and adapted for technical requirements. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the Services without our written permission.
4. Products & Descriptions
Products are made to order; colours and details may vary slightly from photos due to production and display differences. We reserve the right to limit sales by person, region, or jurisdiction, and to change prices or descriptions without notice. Scripture referenced on our products is drawn primarily from the King James Version (public domain) unless otherwise noted.
5. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information and to promptly update your account, billing, and payment details.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Processing: 2–5 business days. Delivery: approximately 4–5 business days (Canada/US, most items) or 7–14 business days (US-partner items to Canada). Full details in our Shipping Policy.

8. Returns & Refunds
Governed by our Refund & Return Policy. In summary: items must be unused and reported within 30 days; made-to-order and personal-use items are generally non-returnable except for defects.
9. Third-Party Services
Some products are produced and shipped by third-party partners (Gelato, Printful). We are not responsible for delays or issues arising solely from third-party carrier or customs processes.
10. User Comments & Feedback
Feedback or suggestions you submit may be used, edited, or published by us without restriction or compensation. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringing.
11. Prohibited Uses
You may not use this site for illegal activity, harassment or hate speech, distributing malware, providing false information, or compromising site security. We may terminate access for violations.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided without guarantee of being uninterrupted, timely, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify GiftsyCreative against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the site, or violation of third-party rights.
