How long will my order take?
Most items are made to order, so please allow 2–5 business days for production, then 4–5 business days for delivery within Canada or the US.
Total time is usually 5–12 business days.
A few specialty items, like our all-over-print jerseys and throw pillows, ship from a US production partner and take 7–14 business days to Canada.
Digital downloads arrive instantly.
How much does shipping cost?
A flat $12.95 CAD(Canada) or $9.95 USD(US) applies at checkout.
Orders over $99 ship free. Wall art and framed prints always ship free. Digital downloads have no shipping charge at all.
Do I have to pay customs or duty?
Not on items printed in Canada or the US for domestic delivery. If your order includes a jersey or throw pillow (shipped from our US production partner) and you're in Canada, the carrier may charge customs, duty, or brokerage fees on delivery. These are set by the carrier and Canada Border Services — not by us — and are the responsibility of the recipient.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can also check anytime at Track Your Order. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
My tracking says delivered, but I don't have it — what do I do?
First, check with everyone at your address, with neighbours, and any parcel lockers or mailrooms — carriers occasionally scan a parcel as delivered slightly early. If it's still missing after 24 hours, email us at sales@giftsycreative.store within 14 days of the delivery scan and we'll personally help sort it out.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Yes, if you contact us within 12 hours of placing your order — production usually begins quickly after that, and we can't guarantee changes once it has started.
My order arrived split into multiple packages — is that normal?
Yes. Orders with multiple items are sometimes fulfilled at different production facilities for faster delivery, so you may receive more than one package with separate tracking numbers.
Products & Sizing
What size should I order?
Every apparel product page includes a full size guide. If you're between sizes or unsure, email us atsales@giftsycreative.storeand we'll help you choose.
Are your prices the same across all sizes?
Yes, apparel is priced flat across every size. One price, every size, because everyone deserves the same welcome.
Do you offer both men's and women's fits?
Most of our apparel is unisex, designed for a relaxed, true-to-size fit. Please size down if you'd prefer something closer-fitting.
What Bible translation do you use?
Primarily the King James Version, which is in the public domain, unless a product page states otherwise.
How should I care for my apparel?
Machine wash cold, inside out, with similar colours. Tumble dry low. Don't iron directly over the print.
Can I request a custom design?
We'd love to hear your idea — email us at sales@giftsycreative.store. We can't promise every request becomes a product, but many of our designs started exactly that way.
Digital Downloads
How do I receive my digital files?
Instantly. A download link is emailed to you the moment your purchase is confirmed. Check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.
What format are the files?
Printable wall art arrives as high-resolution PDFs in multiple sizes. Phone wallpapers arrive as PNG files sized for both iPhone and Android.
Can I print the wall art at home?
Yes, or take it to any print shop (Staples, Walmart Photo, FedEx Office, and similar all work well). We recommend matte photo paper or white cardstock, and printing at 100% scale rather than "fit to page."
Can I share or resell the digital files?
Digital files are licensed for personal use only. Please don't resell, redistribute, or claim them as your own; if a friend loves them, send them our way instead.
My download link isn't working — help!
Email sales@giftsycreative.store and we'll resend it right away. This is a quick fix, not a refund situation.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Can I return an item?
Because everything is made to order, we can't accept returns for sizing or change of mind. We will always replace or refund anything that arrives damaged, defective, or wrong; email us within 30 days with your order number and photos.
Are digital downloads refundable?
No, once the download link has been accessed. If the file won't open or the link fails, contact us and we'll fix it immediately.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, within 12 hours of placing it, before production begins. After that, we're unable to make changes.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, though your bank may take a little longer to process it on their end.
