✔ Unused & Unworn: The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and free from any signs of wear.
✔ Original Packaging: The item must include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
✔ Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.

⚠ Important:Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or wrong item received.
2. Damages & Order Issues

3. Non-Returnable Items
Some products cannot be returned, including:
❌ Custom or Personalized Items – Includes custom-printed apparel and made-to-order products.
❌ Gift Cards – All gift card purchases are final.
❌ Sale Items & Clearance Items – Discounted or final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
❌ Personal Use Items – Items such as mugs, pillows, or other home decor with personalized text or custom prints cannot be returned unless defective.

4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or design, please follow these steps:

2️⃣ Once the return is approved, place a new order for the correct item.
5. Refund Policy
Refund Approval Process:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email whether the refund has been approved or denied.
Processing Time:
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Refund times may vary based on your bank or payment provider.

6. Order Cancellations & Changes
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can only be canceled or changed within 12 hours of placing them.
After this timeframe, the order is already being processed and cannot be modified or canceled.
If you need assistance, please reach out as soon as possible after placing your order.
7. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For customers located in the European Union (EU), you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it. No reason is required for cancellation.
To qualify for a return under the EU cooling-off period:
✔ The item must be in new, unworn condition.
✔ The item must be returned in its original packaging.
✔ A proof of purchase is required.
